WE'RE NOT NEW HERE.

I'm Dylan, and my family has been selling furniture in Escondido since 1986 — before half the big-box stores by the freeway even existed.

They come and go. We're still here. And I'm proud of that.

We never treated furniture like a box to ship. At Vivian's Quality Furniture you're not a ticket number — you're my neighbor. Real people, real showroom, real hands carrying your new set into your living room.

Here's the deal: the strongest delivery guys in Escondido work here— second floor, no elevator, tight staircase, we get it there without a scratch. And when we deliver your new piece, we haul away your old one FREE of charge.

Come sit on this chestnut tufted leather beauty before someone else takes it home. Feel the stitching, sink into a cushion that actually supports you, and see why three generations of Escondido families trust our family name on the building.

Vivian's Quality Furniture — family-owned since 1986. Old fashioned? Maybe. Proud of it.
